DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!This is an answering service who also answer for University city Appliance Repair. I was given times two days in a row stating a technician would come out. The first time they called me just before the appointment to say the tech had an emergency and would not make the appointment. The 2nd day the tech never showed up and I called them. They again told me a tech had an emergency. This company is not reliable. Horrible!!
The tech was fantastic, wonderful and friendly! He did a good job! Strongly recommend!!
