Id give zero stars if I could, worst place I've ever rented, mice are digging at the walls, you can hear them running back and forth through the day. Neighbors dog constantly barks, nobody says anything. The lady Jennifer who ran it before tried charging me double on utilities, when I had already put them in my name through the company. Scammer. The air conditioning doesn't work and is difficult to fix. The pipes are clogged. The bathroom air conditioning it doesn’tworks, and the humidity from the bathrooms stays in the bedroom and bathroom. Then the neighbors smoke marijuana in their bathrooms, and the smoke and odor seeps through the air ducts. It seems like I smoked it because the apartment is fumigated to remove that smell. Things have been better under Kyle's watch. The grounds look cleaner and better than they have in a couple of years. It's still a very chill place here and great for kids being able to spend time outdoors.
