We have been renting condos in Pigeon Forge for several years, the last several from Hazelrig/Mysweetstay.com. The condos (Mountainview Condos) are great but the management team isn't very good. Responses via email are spotty, if they exist at all, callbacks aren't handled very well and the pricing has gone up far more than one should expect, even with the pandemic and inflation.

They lie about what they offer the host does nothing and it's hard to get ahold of anyone that can help
Condo was disgusting and management team was unapologetic! Was refunded the cleaning fee but for staying in filth including mold and someone else dirty clothes/diapers warranted more!
Had a condo pigeon forge tn. Was clean comfortable and convenient to the trolly system. I will stay at hazelrig enterprises again.
