You never really consider your boiler until it goes wrong and then you suddenly realise how essential it is. My boiler started making a grinding noise and leaking a fair amount of water. I called Hazell and Edwards who, to my great relief and gratitude turned up the following day. The problem was swiftly diagnosed and I was given an estimated time that they would take to repair it, the job was completed in a timely fashion and left in an extremely tidy state. Great service - kind and helpful. Fitted a bidet a couple of weeks before the first lockdown and then fitted a new electric water heater after the old one started leaking. The only person who has been in our flat in the last 18 months other than us. Recommend!
