Lived here for 8 months now . Don’t bother moving here if you have a car , You can’t park it anywhere, They will tow your car with no warning, no tickets . There is no signs to where we can and cannot park, so you have to guess what’s safe or not . They tow whenever they feel like it , some days are safe to park and some days are not . Parking is horrible because they put so many trailers in , that nobody can park anywhere. The Homes are good, Very clean , I live in a newer one . Wasn't a clean park a lot trashed mobile home
WORST place to live. Seriously, stay away! I took over the lot of an abandoned trailer. There was zero effort made to patch holes in the concrete, or remove clutter or even mow prior to my move in, but they are fast to write violations for those things and threaten to kick you out on first violation. Management does not reply to emails or answer phone calls. Cars are towed out of their own driveways without notice or a note left. The roads are one pothole after another.
