My doctor operates out of this office and he is fantastic! Dr. S truly cares about his patients and actually listens to concerns brought forward!
The receptionist who answered the phone had an absolutely terrible attitude. She was extremely rude and impatient. The moment she picked up the phone, she kept sighing and almost yelled, “What’s your date of birth? Your name?!” She then continued speaking to me in an incredibly rude and disrespectful tone. If she doesn’t want to do this job, then she shouldn’t be doing it. Taking her frustration out on patients is completely unacceptable. I hope she is replaced as soon as possible.
Update 2026: There is a new booking system now and I was able to get an appointment recently in fairly short order so it looks like the previous issues have been resolved. Original review: I'm not sure what is going on, but I have been unable to make an appointment with the clinic for weeks. Last month, the online booking system showed no appointments with my family doctor, and now the the link to the booking system is appears to be gone entirely?
