I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of the receptionist, specifically Cindy McKenzie. I was spoken to in a rude and confrontational manner and was directly. The interaction was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for a medical setting. No patient should ever be spoken to this way. We have been patients of Dr. Ren for many years. He how looks after us in our retirement residence in Minden Ontario. He is very conscientious and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have such a doctor in these times.
