I’m a new patient having just moved to the area. Just wanted to say that I’ve spoken to two different Receptionists over the past few days and they have been two of the kindest and most helpful that I’ve ever come across. Thank you so much, I have been feeling incredibly unwell going through my first pregnancy at the moment and little things that make your life a little easier during these times are so appreciated!
I’m yet to meet with the doctors up at the clinic but I have had 101 questions re my daughter. The receptionists have been extremely helpful and I don’t feel rushed me off the phone. They have answered every question in a gentle and caring way. I wish all receptions were like this!!!
An outstanding medical practice with some of the best doctors and a friendly reception team. I have been seeing Dr Balkin and Dr McQueen for several years and both are incredibly skilled and caring doctors. Dr Balkin is particularly excellent and knowledgeable when it comes to mental health and Dr McQueen is particularly skilled at women’s health issues. I have also seen other doctors here and they have also been great. I am so grateful to this practice for its ongoing support.
