Inquired about wedding catering and received a menu. Asked for a quote for my selected options and never received. Followed up 2 weeks later to check on quote and told I was “at the top of their list” Sent another email to follow up again and crickets.. I’ve heard wonderful things about their food but unfortunately the communication is 0/10.
We did not hire this company because they were unresponsive. After providing a sample menu for our wedding, we never heard back. So we followed up to request a quote. Three weeks passed with no response, so we ended the discussions.
Hazelbea Catering did an amazing job coming up with a delicious menu for my wedding guests. She gave us a lot of incredible choices that all accommodated my husband and I's admittedly weird do's and don'ts. The beef brisket was perfection, and I enjoyed the leftover dairy-free chicken picatta pasta for DAYS after the wedding, breakfast lunch and dinner. Leadership was extremely hard to get ahold of leading up to the event, but once on site they were efficient, professional, flexible, and always pleasant. They were very patient and accommodating with changes to the menu and extras. They definitely helped make my event a magical experience.
