On May 18, two people from that company hit and scratched my car. We exchanged information, and I called the company and sent pictures of the damage. I was told someone would call me back, but nobody did. A week later, I called again and was asked to send the pictures a second time. I was then sent to a body shop and told I would have an answer that afternoon, but again, no one contacted me.
