This company shipped a job our first (and definitely ONLY job) almost 2 months after the promised ship date and refuses to take the job back. My customer no longer needs/wants due to the fact that they shipped the job 50+ days later than they were supposed to. Really disappointed in this company's lack of communication, failure to update us of the delay, and poor customer service in attempting to resolve the issue. We have since just disputed the charge with our credit card merchant. Buyer beware.
