This place and it's people (staff), helped save my life! They didn't know me, or anything about me, yet wanted to take the time to love me back to life anyway! Their the most caring, compassionate, loving, understanding group of people I have ever or will ever meet in my lifetime! Ashley B, and Miss Wanda, ( aka Phyllis Lockhart) , Miss Donna, just to name a few, are some of many that has made a lasting memories, in my life & my road to recovery! Intake is done right in front of other patients despite private medical questions. Over crowded rooms. Pretty much no air conditioning. Forced to take your own vitals in the morning. No phones are allowed, and you only get two 15 minute calls a week with no privacy. Everyone is expecting to do the chores of the facility so they don't have to pay for cooking and cleaning. I've read some if the negative reviews that some of yall put up. Well I'm hear to clarify that the ARC program is a well oiled program. I'm an addicted an I deal w alot of medical issues. I have seizure, an I'm a fall risk. Plus deal w diabetes an a few other issues an the center are very combating to my issues. I've been threw the program twice an although life has its ways of returning use to our tribulations. I am at this moment looking forward to returning to the program.
