Staff is the most wonderful people I've ever met. But the disabled people in Long care there are loud and can't sleep at night or day because people are yelling .

I don’t know if the woman at the front desk is trained to specifically be extremely rude when women walk in, but she acted like it was her job to have unrelenting attitude and be unhelpful. I am very obviously just discharged from the ER, as I still have all of the gear on, and she pretended to not see that. Told me there are no appointments as if I was just being needy. I went to see a OBGYN and was pleasantly surprised when I was given an opportunity to speak to Marcia Flores, a WHNP, on my family's medical history with cancer and get options for preventative care that my PCP didn't provide the options of even though my insurance covered it! I had some extenuating circumstances of recent events that she also supported me with a referral to get support on therapist, and made time to answer all my questions with compassion. Went to the ER on Christmas, they found HUGE cysts on my ovary. Makes sense since I’m in pain all of the time. Got the soonest appointment as this was the place I was set up with to get an appointment, thought I was in good hands….and I wasn’t. I was first seen by Dr Cooper, who told me she’d order (VERY IMPORTANT) labs, and didn’t. Had to go back to see the physicians assistant, who was AWESOME.
