I went to see a OBGYN and was pleasantly surprised when I was given an opportunity to speak to Marcia Flores, a WHNP, on my family's medical history with cancer and get options for preventative care that my PCP didn't provide the options of even though my insurance covered it! Went to the ER on Christmas, they found HUGE cysts on my ovary. Makes sense since I’m in pain all of the time. Got the soonest appointment as this was the place I was set up with to get an appointment, thought I was in good hands….and I wasn’t. I was first seen by Dr Cooper, who told me she’d order (VERY IMPORTANT) labs, and didn’t. Had to go back to see the physicians assistant, who was AWESOME. Hazel Hawkins hospital and clinics are atrocious. Honestly wasting your time here go to Gilroy or Salinas for any medical needs
The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly.
