The head phlebotomist and Supervisor Adeli is fantastic!! I’m a very hard stick and she always gets my veins on the first try. She always listens to you about your veins and respects you and your knowledge. She’s the only person I will go to.
Lunch at 11I guess after walking up the stairs they have signs that lab is upstairs they should add closing to the paper especially for pregnant women walking up there got there at 10:45 opened the door and with the snarkiest voice hear “ohhh we’re closed” girl paper says 11 do your job.
I spoke to woman before comming to confirm location and hours per website for a sat blood draw. Door locked (waited 2 hours to 1:30 and no one showed up)
