Fantastic customer service, and I wasn't really a customer. I popped in hoping for some advice with a leaking kitchen sink. I assumed I might need a part. I showed them the pipes and connectors and they resembled them for me and the leak is now fixed. No cost. Brilliant service. Thank you.
Can’t praise these guys enough. I wake needing the loo (an even number) to a non flushing toilet. I dash in flustered. Babbling nonsense. “That’ll be the flapper valve”. They then show me how to access, remove and replace. “That’ll be 80p” I get my smart ass watch out to pay. “Can’t take 80p contactless. Just drop it off next time you’re passing” Nipped home. Replaced in 5 mins and went about my business ☺️ I’ll now never go anywhere else.
