Very disappointed with the service I received from the technician. The technician was scheduled to come on a Friday between 12 and 2:00 pm. At 3:15 I call and text him to find out where he was. At 3:30 he finally calls back to say he cannot make it. I missed a day of work and missed a doctor appointment because of his lack of communication. I call back to see what else I could do to have my oven repaired. I take off from work agin Tuesday, the tech comes, he repairs one part of the oven. They called and rescheduled my appt several times and nobody ever showed up and they kept calling me to say that the tech tried calling but didn't get an answer. I never got any calls, messages or service. I try to spend my money in my community but this was a bad experience all the way around.
Kind and helpful with the repair of my Maytag washer dryer. Transaction was smooth and price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
On 8/5/2019 I called company concerning dryer repair. At first person was very courteous, took my card number to secure my appointment. When the repair person came, he stayed 15 minutes, said he replaced bad coils and installed thermostat. After he left, about 20 minutes dryer began to make noise. My fiancee called, and told the repairman what had occurred. He said he would return, but did not give day or time.
