Dr. Hazel brana is good , but is horrible the time you have to wait to seetye dr. Over one hr + , and she just comes in for less than 5 minutes in a rush , doesn't make any sense at all So upsetting
Dr. Brana is a good doctor; however, office staff is incredibly absent, disorganized, rude and completely lack any patient care. They have wrong patient information in files, misplace urine samples and take no accountability for their lack of care. This is sad and needs to be addressed. Multiple malpractice suits should be filed against the office but since Dr. Brana gives her time and attention, they are covered by her good character, integrity and attention.

Absolutely unacceptable. I have never encountered such a frustrating and negligent experience with a medical office. I am an established patient who completed the required annual exam, yet when I ran out of my birth control — a medication I take daily to regulate my hormones — I was told I could not receive a refill unless I came in for another visit.
