Came on Thursday to get a silk press and peek a boo the color didn’t take I told her BEFORE hand she would have to bleach my hair because it’s dark she says no this will lift and color at the same time when she noticed it wasn’t doing the job she started to ask if I had box color NO I said. She started telling me about where she went to school etc etc I said cool and said where I went to school she says I knew you knew something about hair. Love Sally she does a great job with my hair. I trust her and she comes through every time. I travel an hour and 1/2 to have her do my hair because nobody in Syracuse has thus good quality of hair and good installations… recommend to everyone who wants to feel good about their hair

I had a great experience with Tyany. She was very professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She communicated well and checked in with me during the service. Tyany worked quickly and efficiently without rushing. I'm really pleased with my hair – she did an amazing job!
