Horrible horrible office!!! They made me pay over $1000 up front and when they had a dispute with the insurance company, they made me pay the $500 difference!! When I elevated the issue to Dr.Haze, he sided with his office staff!! Everyone was abnormally rude about the whole thing. Thankfully I filed a dispute with the insurance company and I got the $500 back. But then he dropped me as a patient!! Stay away!!!
