I have been coming here for years and the customer experience has gotten a lot worse especially in the past recent months. I am now forced to make this review in hopes that the owners or management take this feedback and take back control of the situation. Most of the current staff are rude, have attitude, are negligent and don't attend to customers (especially new customers neglected ) Hooka is not properly made, drink orders and coal refills are forgotten and you have to keep reminding them constantly. Worst service ever. We specifically asked for Aeon hookah and the owner served Khalil mamoon. We confirmed the flavor and specific Aeon hookah before placing the order. Anyways, their system is off, you have to pay $2 for charcoal, $2 for disposal hose. I won't come back and I do not recommend this hookah lounge
