Love the Dr. and staff
Dr. Hazboun and staff were all kind and professional.
Dr Hazboun has been my primary doctor for well over 20yrs. He was very young at the time. And i had my doubts. Especially since I preferred a female doctor. He removed all doubt with his proved professionalism and his great care. Now he he takes care of my family and friends. We just all adore him!!!!
Horrible customer service from the girls in the front desk. I called to see if my results came in and the receptionist was very rude . She talked to me like I was stupid. I think they need training on customer service . I believe Dr. Huzbon, should consider letting go the front staff and hiring professional.
Incredibly rude staff that need constant reminders to submit paperwork on time if you need medication refills or prior authorizations for specialty doctors. Also, they will not tell you if their policies have changed until it is too late. The wait time is generally 1hr before they take your vitals and another 30 minutes before you see the nurse practicioner, not the doctor.
