Fantastic customer service! We rented a bike from another shop but needed special pedals. Hazard Cyclesport not only loaned us the pedals at no charge, but put them on the rental, then replaced the originals when we were done riding on the boardwalk. Above and beyond all expectations!

Fantastic bike shop. Great customer service from owner Bruce Davis. I visit Santa Barbara often and Hazard's Cyclesport has comes to my rescue many times. Once I had cable break and Dave fixed it for me that day so I could go on a long ride with my friends. Yesterday, I purchased a pair of tri cycling shoes at a great price and Dave put the clips on quickly for me. This shop often sponsors local races and provides their shop for packet pick up. Every time I visit Hazard's Cyclesport, I leave very happy.
Everyone here is capable and friendly. They don't "talk down" to middle age ladies (me) and are helpful at every turn. The people at Hazard's make every customer feel like they are the favorite customer! I'm a long-time fan and have purchased a number of bicycles from them. Also, Bruce is the master at bike fittings. Bruce is the bike fitter, the bike fitters go to.
