Contrary to the above comments, I received my order just fine. I did have trouble getting in contact with them. It seems to be a very small mom and pop type of operation and this is Eastern KY after all so they are overloaded. The lady on the phone was nice, a little frazzled but was able to get me sorted out. The delivery man was by himself and moving 4 very heavy boxes for my swing set. Bit he was as nice as could be. Gotta be a little patient with them. I ordered from Walmart.com items supposed to be delivered on May 10th never received can’t get ahold of anyone !!!!!!

totally stole parts ...left equipment outside ..broken boxes.. shipment couldn't deliver after a month...YRC Trucking hired these jerks and neither company did anything about it. Never answered the phones either company. Do not use either YRC Trucking or Hazard Express

Horrible service and VERY unprofessional!! Lady hung up on my husband after just a few minutes. Suppose to deliver item on Saturday and still have no package and no solution to the issue!
