They say they are going to do one thing and then do the exact opposite. The staff are allowed to mock and call you names while you are already feeling scared and afraid, but when you stand up for yourself and express your rights they dismiss you out of office. The practice is a joke and they claim they care. They only care for the staff and not their patients or the rights for the patients.
