The appointment was set up over the phone by someone at an offshore call center. I left a message with the scheduler about this but was not called back. The phone agent told me to arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. It was over 30 minutes after my appointment before I was called by a tech. This isn't a positive or negative observation but I saw about 6 employees here and they are all under 21. I am awaiting the results after a doctor views the test results.

This place has nurses that don’t even recognize a crisis from anesthesia. Almost let me die, callous people and I had to be taken back to the hospital by EMS and almost died. I am looking into litigation.

Terrible experience. Tech, Rebecca, was nasty. I will go to Asheville next time.

My father had an appointment yesterday. He arrived exactly 4 minutes after his appointment time due to stopped traffic on 74. They refused to see him and told him he would have to reschedule. This was only his second appointment. He could not control a four minute late time. That is absurd. This wasn't pattern behavior. Any other places he's ever been he's always been on time however sometimes things happen that are beyond your control. For them to address it like that is unprofessional and unwarranted .
