My father had an appointment yesterday. He arrived exactly 4 minutes after his appointment time due to stopped traffic on 74. They refused to see him and told him he would have to reschedule. This was only his second appointment. He could not control a four minute late time. That is absurd. This wasn't pattern behavior. I was scheduled for a ultrasound, And the girl that was supposed to check me in, Was too busy talking to her coworker, To notice that there were three people in the waiting room to be checked in. After about ten minutes of sitting there waiting to be checked in, I got up myself, And mosied on over there, And Interrupted their conversation, Just so I could be checked in.
