Went for my daughter's 1st appt at this office. We sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past our appointment time. The nice lady at the front desk couldn't figure out our insurance. After trying to get us to pay 150 dollars instead of figuring out the insurance, she told us that we ran out of time and will have to re-schedule...the waiting room was empty no one else was waiting for their appt. Not sure why we couldn't get it figured out and get my daughter her vaccines she needs. Will not be returning to this location.
Dr. Hammel is great! Very professional and informative. The whole staff and office is very pleasant.
