This office usually stays booked, so it might be a little of a wait before they can get you an appointment, but it is well worth it.
I drove from Marshall and I had an appointment to become a new patient today that I waited six months for. I arrived exactly ten minutes late. If It had been for another reason I could understand but It was because I can't hardly walk today. They gave me an appointment date , it was over 30 days away I took the appt. Two weeks before applying they tell me I need to reschedule and the closest appt is 60 days away😡 not very professional or empathetic AT ALL
My husband and I have always been well cared for, the staff is friendly, the facility is always very clean. People are complaining about the long wait for getting an appointment, but if you call around that’s typical in so many practices now. As for the third-party scheduling service, call our hospital and complain. It isn’t the doctor’s office fault—they hate it too. So do them a favor and contact the hospital administration and yank on their ear about it.
