I was told to call back this month to make an appointment so I opted to wait because I had a filling fall out and no one else was accepting new patients quick enough to help relieve the severe pain from the exposed root. I called back and now they blame they aren’t taking new patients. The problem with that is I’m not a new patient and they just don’t want to fix their mess up! If I could give no stars I would! This place is a joke!

The filling came out of the front tooth for the second time, but that’s not the issue. The dental hygienist dropped one of the tools on the floor and just sprayed it with some cleaner from a spray bottle on the counter before placing it back with the rest of the “sterilized” tools. She then proceeded to put her gloved fingers that she just held the tool with that she sprayed cleaner on in my mouth. I wish I was making this up. Sweet front desk staff, would not plan on going here for any type of wisdom teeth ordeal’s. As they do not provide anything other than the shot in your gums to help with pain. Also you have to wait 4 weeks in between 1 wisdom tooth, just to get the next one out. I will be driving the extra miles to hickory so I’m insured a good, safe, and well practiced time. Where they all will be cut out, like needed on my referral. Just a weird experience, and my last.
