The hospital staff were good to me when I was there twice once in October1, 2024 and January 2, 2025 found out it was epileptic seizures.
Very poor care, and billed our insurance for an array of test that was never performed. We even called our insurance to confirm, and agreed they are fraudulently billing our insurance company. Be aware!!
Call it what it truly is. Wellness Center. Not a hospital. No radiologist. No doctor on site. Just LPNs
Went in with severe headache. I couldn't stand noise, lights, or scents. The nurses were awesome, but Rita was terrible! She did no blood work or scans to find the source of my headache even after I told her of my medical history. She just gave me a pain shot that didn't work the first time, so she gave me another pain shot that just made me feel drunk but did nothing for the ppain.She prescribed me medicine that she knew I couldn't afford, It cost over $1,000. I'll definitely be going to Jackson in case of another emergency... read more
