Sitting in the parking lot with my cat and they refuse to even come put to look at her, as the only emergency vet hospital in this area, it is so very disappointing to see this lack of care. If you are going to be the only ones in the area to provide emergency services, turning dying animals away is not right. Not the first time we've had problems with this place either, very neglectful of my mother's chihuahua when she was there, gave the dog some antibiotics and called it good. They are not an emergency vet. Pulled up with my dog and they will not answer the phone, finally someone replied by text to tell me they only take appointments for emergencies. How is it an emergency if I can make an appointment?
They saved my sweet boys life. The staff was so kind to me and I am forever grateful. They walked me through every option I had and were very realistic to me about my options. The price was MORE than fair for emergency services. It’s amazing that I can not only save my baby’s life, I can afford to do it too.
Had to take our fur baby (8 years old) to them on Christmas Day 2021. Marty was born with some congenital issues that he has fought for his 8 years. The staff was so nice and compassionate. Marty passed away at 3:24 pm today and they told us to take as much time with him as we needed/wanted. My wife and I are grateful for the staff loving on Marty and making his transition over the rainbow bride. Thanks for the compassion. William
