Very enjoyable pontoon rental experience with Hayward WI Pontoon Rentals. Communications with Steve and Carrie was excellent. We received a text notifying us that they were on their way to and from the landing. Their attention to detail when describing the functionality of the boat was top notch. The small gift bag we received added even more of a personal touch. Thanks, Steve and Carrie
Carrie and Steve were a joy to work with. The pontoon was in perfect shape. Overall a fantastic experience. . August 2025 -This is the 2nd time we’ve rented from these wonderful folks. Pontoons are perfect, clean, well equipped and fully gassed up. The best part is the friendly, helpful interactions with both Steve and Carrie. We’ll be back soon and only rent from them.
Steve and Carrie run an outstanding business. They are professional & friendly and the boat ran flawlessly and was in perfect condition. Their communication throughout the process was timely, helpful, friendly and accurate. I look forward to do business with them in the future!
Highly recommend Steve and Carrie! Their pontoon was clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our group. We accidentally broke the navigation light on the Bimini top, let them know and they were at our airbnb within a couple hours. The service and communication is wonderful and we plan on renting with them in the future :)
My family and I rented a Pontoon from Steve and Carrie last week. Simply said...they are the best. The Pontoon was as advertised and they were both very helpful. Pickup/drop off at the launch was seamless. We'll be back in Hayward at some point and will definitely rent from them again. Thank you very much, Ken, Michele, Alex and Danielle Marcinkowski
