I'm very happy with Hayward Self Storage. If I had an issue with my unit. They got someone to come fix it as soon as possible. Plus I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a storage unit to rent. The staff is wonderful.

They were very good with keeping plowed so no snow melted into unit. Fixed roof when snow did damage as soon as possible. Very personable. Thank you and also prompt on answering by email.
