I thought I had ruined my oriental rug by using Oxyclean on it (Don't use oxyclean on your oriental rugs). They picked it up but made no guarantees to restoring the proper colors to the rug. I got it back yesterday & I am so happy with the result! They cleaned it multiple times and ordered a special solution to get it clean to their satisfaction, which was way more than I expected. I will recommend them to everyone I know. THANKS for saving my rug.
We had our wood floors "refinished" by Hayward prior to moving into our home. We had over 4,000 square feet of flooring, so the cost was over $3,000.00. Not only did the worn and faded areas show little improvement after they were here, but there was also stain splashed all over our white baseboards and hair and fibers sealed in the glaze they used. Not only did Hayward Rug arrive for the appointment on time, both gentleman were clean, polite and professional. The work was accomplished with attention to detail and they listened to my questions and answered professionally. When they left, I was given spotting materials, for free, to help maintain my rugs and carpets. Thank You Hayward's.

I and my family have been client's of Hayward's since the 1940's and have always been extremely pleased with the work they do. On the basis of quality for dollar spent, they simply cannot be beaten. We have been exceptionally pleased with the oriental cleaning and the hardwood refinishing.
