Hayward will happily sell you the product but don’t want to know you when they stop working under warranty, Tigershark is a piece of junk, never buy one.
Decent products but seems they have a culture of "never calling you back." This has been my experience and a number of customers have said the same.
These guys are excellent. They were so helpful and patient with me from the start to the very end. They worked with me changing my design again and again, until it was perfect for our family. Throughout construction they were always available to answer any questions and made sure the process ran as smoothly as possible. They have excellent relationships with the contractors they recommended to complete electrics/paving etc which really helped as well.
