Had a great visit today! Dr and staff are excellent!
We’re vacationing in the Hayward area. My husband lost one of his nose pads on his prescription glasses. I called and they said come on in. The gal at the desk took the glasses and minutes later came back with the glasses. Not only did she fix the lost pad, she replaced both pads. That was very thoughtful. I had my wallet in hand ready to pay and she said no charge! How nice was that. Great people Hayward Family Eye Care!
Wonderful office, from Karen at reception, to Annie and Dr Ostrander…they all do a fantastic job. Dr. Ostrander spends as much time as needed to answer questions and make you feel well cared for. I highly recommend this eye clinic.
The doctor is very professional and courteous. The other workers are nice and kind as well
