About 4 years ago I had a dental implant placed after I fractured my eye tooth (cuspid) from grinding my teeth at night due to job stress. Well, more recently the implant loosened and then fell out, needing to be refurbished and reset. Dr. Lawler reached me on a Saturday to disscuss my issue.
