It was our pleasure to meet Charles Hayward. He was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about the Sunsetter Awning and how it functioned. He had issue regarding the awning’s inability to extend and retract very quickly. He stated the wind sensor was not functioning. He took a picture of it and said he’d try to get it replaced under warranty. We look forward to hearing from him regarding the the wind sensor.
