DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE brought my sick cat here told them I think its his stomach they did blood work sent us home with antibiotics I called back few days later was told I'd get a call back. Never did now that the weekend is over my cat is now dead They dont take the animals seriously
These folks seems to be totally slammed every day, but they still worked their butts off and were very communicative with my international health certificate for my cat. The USDA almost wrecked my move, and if it wasn't for everybody at Hayward Animal Hospital, it never would have gotten figured out. Special thanks to Rachel and Alicia (?) for putting in the time!
Don’t take your dog here unless you want them to be traumatized forever. “Doctor” Ostrand is horrible.
Dr. O was phenomenal and super knowledgeable. He took great care of our dog Rowdie and ensured we’d have help if we ran into anymore problems as this has been an ongoing frustrating issue with multiple other vets. Would highly recommend for wound care or internal medicine!
Dr. Todd gives Excellent service when it comes to our 3 dogs. He has helped my Dachshund with IVDD and he made a full recovery. He is always helpful with any issues we have with our 3 dogs immediately. Do what he says and it’s pretty much fool proof for your animals recovery. His staff is always kind and very knowledgeable!!
