I have been using Hayward Air since 1998. Absolutely outstanding and ethical company… They have always come through for me offering outstanding service and follow up. Along with fair pricing. I don’t review many companies but with Hayward I had to. There aren’t many companies that I can say are outstanding…
John is reliable and honest. Xtreme air conditioning, a different a/c company, tried to scam us and charge $4500 to replace a huge part but John found out that it was actually a cheaper part that needed fixing and it cost like $500ish I think. He saved us a ton of money. We had him come to our other house and do an a/c clean out and we’ll have him back again soon. Thanks, John!
When one of our AC units stopped working during a brutal Texas heat wave, Hayward Air was a lifesaver. They were incredibly responsive and got someone out to our house in Dallas quickly.
