I waited 45 minutes in the doctor's exam room and he, the memory specialist, apparently forgot that I was there. After I went home an office staff person called me to ask why I was not still there and, if I wanted to reschedule. I asked that person: "Are you serious?" Any doctor that keeps patients waiting that 45 minutes long does not deserve to see patients. He needs to first learn basic courtesy. The doctor only received 1 star because the program would not post with it.
