They don't answer the phone!
They never update with a payment statement. Never provided me with an itemized billing statement. Despite multiple inquiries over 2 years they have yet to provide data I'm requesting. They are collecting against me for a fraudulent card opened in my name as it is. So frustrating to not be given a timeframe for a payoff. As far as I know I'll be an indentured payee to them for life.
When I called Jason answered my call and was very helpful. He answered my question and helped me right over the phone. I couldn't thank him enough for his help.
Attempted to reach them multiple times. No one ever answers the phone, leave a message and no one returns it. I have been trying for over two weeks. Poor customer service, not even remotely professional.
