They are completely dysfunctional at the walk in clinic. They can be extremely nice, but they don't understand any of the procedures or know exactly what you will be billed. So you have no clue how much you're gonna have to pay for a test, even if you have medicare or one of the big medical insurance companies you are responsible for any charges that your medical insurance doesn't pay for and they have no clue what it would cost beforehand. Took forever I came in with influenza or Covid not being able to breathe hardly at all, have chest pain, and just hurt everywhere in general. They ended up letting 2 people go before me and have me waiting over and hour and a half before I was able to get back there
Checks you in and then forgets about you in the room for over 45 minutes. There’s no one else here as a patient and my daughter is currently waiting to be seen. We are about to walk out. It seems that the workers only are here for a paycheck and don’t actually work.
