We had a great experience with everyone at this clinic from front desk, nurse and doctor!! Thank you for seeing us so quickly and being extra gentle with our son!
To start off, both of the receptionists came off as rude and judgmental. Barely talked to me or even looked me in the eye. Came in for a bump on my outer ear. Wanted to confirm that it wasn't a spider bite or other infected issue, as I couldn't see it. When seen by one of the providers, she looked at my eardrum and didn't care to look at the area I was telling her about. They're nice, but completely dysfunctional. Was made to take a $30 pregnancy test because im at "childbearing age." I'm gay. I stated that I'm gay. Also needed antibiotics one time for a feral cat bite that was red, puffy, and not healing well. Was told that "cat bites don't get infected." I'd look elsewhere for quick healthcare
Advertised hours of operation M-F 8am to 7 pm which should include seeing patients if I’m not mistaken but don’t go in after 6:15 cause you will be told and I quote “sorry the providers have quit for the day”. Ummm hello open till 7 means seeing patients till 7 thought if you were in the health care profession that is what you wanted to do not knock off early cause it was slow this afternoon and it’s nice outside. I had a really great experience at this walk-in clinic! The receptionist was super nice and friendly, I genuinely enjoyed talking with her while I was checking in. She made me feel comfortable right away. The wait time was surprisingly quick, which I really appreciated. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The nurse and doctor were both very kind as well, and they made the whole visit easy and stress-free. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but for my experience it was pleasant.
