New to Hays my daughter was referred here. I made an appointment had to call back to clarify date and time. Called today for directions and was told she was a no show for her appointment. They had it on the day before. Told me they called me, they didn't. No missed call and no messages! Was put off and told I'd have a call back tomorrow to reschedule an appointment. I had to take time off, my husband had to take time off And my daughter missed time at school. Only to be told so sorry we will call you back tomorrow.
Love Dr. McKinley I recommend him as I had him when I had my ectopic pregnancy surgery, and he did amazing. Then when I got pregnant w my daughter he was also my doctor, he also did an amazing job on my C-section and delivery for my baby. If you’re comfortable with males, he’s who I recommend. When I had a feeling about something, he made sure to run test. Etc. he cares. And does his job greatly.

Just got off the phone with these guys. Literally told me I can't make appointments with them anymore because I've had to reschedule to many times, due to the 2 hour distance as well as not having the funds to go. How can you turn someone away for not be able to make it there, knowing there's a chance they could have cancer?! What horrible human beings!!! And a horrible facility if that's their policy!!
Excellent Dictor- nurse team with Dr. SLOAN. Sloan is the perfect physician for my teen.
