I love this clinic and their care but why do they set an appointment for 9am and we sit and wait in a freezing waiting room for the doctor to come for approximately 30 minuted?

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Recently my PCP referred me to hematology. In that referral she attached my lab work. After waiting quite some time, Dr Rodriguez responded to my PCP that I was not a qualifying patient because my hemoglobin levels were normal. He did not, obviously, take any time to look into the rest of my records or labs.
