I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Sean at this dealership was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. From the start, communication was poor and dismissive. I was met by him with resistance and vague explanations about what was and wasn’t covered. He didn’t seem approachable and seemed in my opinion very rude. from start to finish the service was a joke. ordered a brand new car for it to come with scratches and would only pay £250 towards getting them done when the bill was double that as they had to be filled and then had nothing but problems with the car since then, took them months to sort it out to finally say they’ll give me my money back and not replace the car leaving me without a car. also staff very rude on the phone. once they’ve got your money there not interested
