I PAID £99 RESERVATION FOR 48 HOURS TO LOCK IN MY NEW CAR, SO I SOLD MY CAR IN THE MEANTIME SO I COULD PROCEED WITH THIS NEW ONE, IN UNDER THE 48 HOURS RESERVATION WINDOW I WAS NOT CONTACTED AND THEY RETURNED MY £99 WITHOUT TELLING ME AND SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE, JAMIE WHO WORKER THERE DID NOT GIVE A MONKEYS.. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED.

Took my car in for extensive maintenance work, £1200 later, phoned to tell me my car is complete 1 hour before they close. i explained i will be there in about half an hour as i don’t live locally. after 35 minutes i got a phone call asking where i was as they wanted to go home..
