A big thank you to Jane Clayton Sales Department, Jane in the Service Department, Jason (Technician) for being polite and helpful and all of the other staff too who are a credit to Hayselden Doncaster. I have recently purchased a new vehicle from them and from start to finish it has been a smooth process and a pleasure dealing with everyone.
I went in to Skoda Hayselden, and was amazed. I wasn’t pressured when I was looking around (which I was shocked about) and they were all welcoming and friendly. I asked Simon for the keys to the car I eventually bought, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly and made the experience smooth sailing. Would highly recommend and would like to thank Simon for his help
If I could give 0 stars I honestly would, reserved a car went to go view two days later and they had sold the car. Apparently had no notification of the reservation, these things happen and that's fine but the sales team, Stephen in particular, were utterly useless. Offering no apology for the inconvenience, when asked how this was possible and that the fault was on their end as we had received a confirmation email and reservation taken out of our bank account, he stated "its not our fault we aren't skoda were Hayselden" Ste... read more
I've used them twice this year for minor problems with my car and the staff on the service department have been great. Efficient, helpful and friendly with great communication.
Doncaster Skoda get your act together and answer the phones. Been trying to put money into your business all day 8/6/25 for a service and getting no help what so ever. One dealers loss is another dealers gain I suppose.
