Skiler and his crew did an incredible job on our back deck! This is our second job with Hays Property Solutions. The first was the building of a stone wall around our flower beds last spring. The stonework and the deck work are both very well done. Friendly, timely, and high quality work! Highly recommend!

Honestly cannot say ENOUGH good things about Skiler and his team! We were referred to him by others that had used him for projects in the past. I contacted him to get an estimate. He came out almost immediately, was very thorough in discussing what we wanted, and we received a detailed quote quickly. We spent time going back and forth with our architect on changes we wanted and Skiler stuck with us the entire time, answering questions promptly and providing cost estimates when things changed. Skiler and team have been fantastic. They’re punctual and easy to work with. We didn’t have a great plan or idea exactly what we wanted, but Skiler made everything come to life from just a few photos we got online for him to see what we liked. Will definitely use him again.
Extremely satisfied with the work Skyler and his crew (Hays Property Solutions) did. They replaced a retaining wall, improved the drainage in the area, and replaced the pool deck. They were very professional and did what they said they would do and in the timeframe they said they could get it done. Most importantly they took pride in their work like it was their own house. Highly recommend!
