How has HaysMed saved my life? Let me count the ways!
I have always been treated with positive medical staff professional but always friendly makes me want to work in a hospital like yours.
My wife went for a procedure, but the staff found very quickly the procedure was not necessary. A staff member told my wife to be sure they didn't bill us for the whole procedure (because she obviously knew) which they did. Through multiple phone calls they have refused to change the billing, insisting they are correct. Now they refuse to return any of my wife's calls and today we have found out they referred us to collections. I would never again willingly use Hays Medical Center.
I went for a mammogram as I had heard it was one of the best. They didn’t have me scheduled but said I no showed a month before on same date. I never got a reminder call for that day, nor did my friend who went the same day I did, she was in the schedule. They did work me in which I appreciated since I drove two hours. I was told I would get a letter with results in 3-5 days. I didn’t, my friend did.
