Had water pooling around the outdoor AC unit. Tech discovered the condensate drain line from the attic air handler was clogged where it tee'd into the main line, causing a backup that dripped down near the condenser. Cleared the clog and rerouted the drain line for a more direct path. Problem solved permanently.
They were very professional and polite. They presented themselves, quickly explained the work for the day and began working. Once they were done they explained how the thermostat and The New HVAC system operates. Before they left they cleaned the working area, I really appreciate that. I’m a very happy with my new heating and cooling system. Thank you.
