Many thanks to Jeff and Hays Funeral Home. We chose Hays because of a family reference. In our situation we called before imminent death out of state to make sure that when we would need their services we would be ready. It was comforting to know that Jeff would be available when needed. And indeed, when needed he guided us, arranging transport and burial rituals within our family’s faith and traditions. Rachel and especially Jeff were great to work with. They helped our family maneuver through the whole process from pre-funeral planning through the whole process of gravesite services including the military honor guard ceremony. We cannot thank them enough.
Jeff and Rachel were extremely helpful, caring and compassionate in helping my brothers and I lay our mom to rest. Even though she had already made her arrangements, There were still questions.
