Excellent serve provided during the recent funeral for Michael Ellsworth June 19 & 20, 2025 The staff was excellent in managing the events and tending to family needs! This was a highly attended funeral and Jeff took care of all aspects in a respectful manner keeping the timely flow of events at a very difficult time for family and friends Northborough is very well served with Jeff and Rachel assisting the family and friends at a difficult time. Hays did an amazing job with funerals for both of my parents and I know they are both resting in peace in very large part due to Hays Funeral Home. They understood what we needed before we needed it. Jeff and his staff showed up at the nursing home with his staff in a completely professional manner, showing respect to not only my family, but to the staff and other residents as well. Due to the fact that my dad passed away on a Saturday, when the cemetery and newspaper were closed, Jeff went above and beyond, getting the obituary published Monday. Our family had a top of the line funeral for my dad here. We were treated with such carefully chosen words and humble kindness. Jeff helped us through the entire process and “held our hand” thru some difficult moments.
