Jeff and Rachael helped us celebrate my mom’s life in the most thoughtful way. They honored her memory as the kind and giving person she was, with compassion and care in every detail. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We are so grateful for the comfort and support they gave our family.
Jeff Koopman couldn't have been more wonderful in handling both my father and step-mother's funeral arrangements. He is kind, helpful, efficient, and a total pleasure to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough!
Excellent serve provided during the recent funeral for Michael Ellsworth June 19 & 20, 2025 The staff was excellent in managing the events and tending to family needs! Hays did an amazing job with funerals for both of my parents and I know they are both resting in peace in very large part due to Hays Funeral Home. They understood what we needed before we needed it. I would give 10 stars if I could. Jeff and his staff showed up at the nursing home with his staff in a completely professional manner, showing respect to not only my family, but to the staff and other residents as well. Due to the fact that my dad passed away on a Saturday, when the cemetery and newspaper were closed, Jeff went above and beyond, getting the obituary published Monday.
